이용 약관

App Store에서 받으신 앱은 Apple 표준 사용권 계약(Apple Standard EULA)을 따르고, 이 약관이 그 위에 더해져요. 둘이 다르면 Apple 계약이 먼저예요.

1. 사용권

Cuelight를 개인 · 교회 · 팀 공연과 연습에 쓰실 수 있어요. 앱을 고쳐 다시 배포하거나, 앱 자체를 팔 수는 없어요.

2. 무료와 Cuelight Pro

• 무료 기능은 결제 없이 써요. 일부 기능은 Cuelight Pro(구독 또는 평생 구매)가 있어야 해요.
• 구독은 App Store나 Google Play에서 결제하고, 해지하기 전까지 같은 기간으로 자동 갱신돼요. 해지는 스토어의 구독 설정에서 해요. 갱신 24시간 전까지 해지하면 다음 결제가 되지 않아요.
• 무료 체험이 있으면, 체험이 끝날 때 구독 요금이 결제돼요. 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하면 결제되지 않아요.
• 평생 구매는 한 번 결제로, 그 스토어 계정의 기기에서 Cuelight Pro를 계속 써요.
• 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책을 따라요.
• 구독이 끝나도 만드신 곡 · 설정은 그대로 남고 재생돼요. Pro 기능을 새로 쓰거나 바꾸는 것만 막혀요.

3. 넣으시는 곡과 파일

앱에 넣는 음원 · 스템 · 목소리 파일은 쓰실 권리가 있는 것이어야 해요. 곡의 저작권과 공연 허락은 사용하시는 분이 챙겨 주세요. 파일은 기기에만 있고, 저희는 내용을 보지 않아요.

4. 무대에서 쓰실 때

저희는 공연 중 멈추지 않도록 앱을 만들지만, 기기 · 오디오 장치 · 케이블 문제는 생길 수 있어요. 중요한 공연에는 미리 점검하고 대비책을 두세요. 법이 허락하는 범위에서, 앱 사용으로 생긴 간접 손해는 책임지지 않아요. 다만 저희의 고의나 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 예외예요.

5. 바뀔 때

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 날짜와 함께 올리고, 중요한 변경은 미리 알려 드려요.

If you got the app from the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA applies, and these terms add to it. Where they differ, the Apple EULA wins.

1. License

You may use Cuelight for personal, church and team performances and rehearsals. You may not modify and redistribute the app or sell the app itself.

2. Free features and Cuelight Pro

• Free features need no payment. Some features require Cuelight Pro (a subscription or the lifetime purchase).
• Subscriptions are paid through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Cancel in your store's subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
• If a free trial is offered, the subscription price is charged when the trial ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the charge.
• The lifetime purchase is a single payment that keeps Cuelight Pro on the devices signed in to that store account.
• Refunds follow each store's refund policy.
• When a subscription ends, your songs and settings stay and keep playing. Only new use or changes of Pro features are locked.

3. Your songs and files

Audio, stems and voice files you add must be ones you have the right to use. You are responsible for song copyrights and performance licenses. Files stay on your devices, and we do not see their contents.

4. Using it on stage

We build the app not to stop during a show, but devices, audio interfaces and cables can fail. Check your setup before important performances and keep a backup plan. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages from using the app, except for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

5. Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date, and important changes are announced in advance.
