요약

Cuelight 앱은 개인정보를 모으지 않아요. 계정 · 로그인 · 광고가 없어요. 곡과 설정은 사용하시는 기기에만 저장돼요. 앱을 고치려고 어떤 기능을 쓰는지만 익명으로 받아요(2절, 끌 수 있어요).

1. 앱이 저장하는 것

• 곡(스템 파일 · 섹션 · 템포), 셋리스트, 출력 설정, 메모, 내 목소리 파일은 기기 안에만 저장해요. 저희에게 보내지 않아요.
• iCloud 동기화나 백업 폴더를 켜시면, 고르신 iCloud 계정이나 폴더로 복사돼요. 그 서비스의 약관을 따르고, 저희는 볼 수 없어요.

2. 익명 사용 통계

• 앱을 고치려고, 어떤 기능을 쓰는지를 익명으로 받아요. 예: 튜토리얼을 어디까지 했는지, 곡을 가져왔는지(스템 수), 공연 모드를 열었는지, 잠긴 Pro 기능을 눌렀는지.
• 함께 가는 것: 앱 판, OS 판, 기기 종류, 언어, 설치마다 다른 익명 ID. 이 ID로 누구인지 알 수 없어요.
• 보내지 않는 것: 이름 · 이메일 · 곡 이름 · 파일 이름 · 메모 · 셋리스트 이름, 음원과 녹음, 위치.
• 받는 곳: TelemetryDeck(독일 회사). 서버는 네덜란드 · 독일에 있고, IP 주소를 저장하지 않아요. 광고나 다른 앱 추적에 쓰지 않아요.
• 끄는 법: 앱의 설정 › 도움말 › '사용 통계 보내기'. 끄면 바로 멈춰요.
• Apple 기기 설정에서 '앱 개발자와 공유'를 켜신 경우, Apple이 모은 사용 · 충돌 통계를 App Store Connect에서 함께 봐요. 이건 Apple의 개인정보 안내를 따라요.

3. 앱이 쓰는 권한

• 로컬 네트워크: 같은 Wi-Fi나 핫스팟의 내 기기(리모트 · 연주자 화면)끼리 연결해요. 인터넷의 저희 서버를 거치지 않아요.
• 카메라: 기기 연결 QR을 읽을 때만 써요. 사진을 저장하지 않아요.
• 블루투스: MIDI 페달 · 키보드를 찾고 연결해요. 오래된 Android(11 이하)는 블루투스를 찾으려면 위치 권한이 필요하지만, 위치는 모으지 않아요.
• 알림(Android): 재생이 백그라운드에서 이어질 때 알림을 보여 줘요.

4. 결제

Cuelight Pro 구독과 평생 구매는 App Store(Apple)나 Google Play(Google)가 처리해요. 저희는 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보를 받지 않아요. 앱은 스토어에 구매 상태만 물어봐요. 결제 기록은 각 스토어의 개인정보 처리방침을 따라요.

5. 기기의 음성 합성

곡 제목처럼 직접 쓴 단어를 읽을 때는 기기의 음성 합성 기능을 써요. 기기 설정에 따라 그 기능을 만든 회사(Apple · Google · Microsoft)의 서비스를 거칠 수 있어요.

6. 홈페이지

• 쿠키 · 광고 · 분석 도구를 쓰지 않아요. 고르신 언어만 브라우저에 저장해요.
• 홈페이지는 Cloudflare가 호스팅해요. Cloudflare는 보안과 운영을 위해 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)을 잠깐 남길 수 있어요.

7. 베타 신청 · TestFlight

베타 신청 폼(Google Forms)을 내시면 이메일과 답하신 내용을 받아요. 받는 항목 · 목적 · 보관 기간은 폼의 동의 안내를 따라요. 출시 소식 메일은 따로 동의하신 분께만 보내요.

베타 앱은 Apple의 TestFlight로 나눠 드려요. 초대에 쓴 이메일과, 직접 보내신 피드백 · 충돌 보고(기기 종류 · OS 판 포함)를 저희가 받아요. 그 밖에는 Apple의 TestFlight 개인정보 안내를 따라요.

8. 권리와 문의

베타 신청 · TestFlight 정보를 보거나 고치거나 지워 달라고 하실 수 있어요. 개인정보 문의와 요청은 아래로 보내 주세요. 개인정보 보호 책임자는 Toragonite예요.

Summary

The Cuelight app does not collect personal data. It has no accounts, sign-in or ads. Your songs and settings stay on your devices. To improve the app, we receive anonymous statistics about which features are used (section 2, you can turn it off).

1. What the app stores

• Songs (stem files, sections, tempo), setlists, output settings, notes and your own voice files are stored on your device only. They are never sent to us.
• If you turn on iCloud sync or a backup folder, copies go to the iCloud account or folder you chose. That service's terms apply, and we cannot see them.

2. Anonymous usage statistics

• To improve the app, we receive anonymous signals about which features are used. For example: how far you got in a tutorial, whether you imported a song (number of stems), opened performance mode, or tapped a locked Pro feature.
• Sent along: app version, OS version, device type, language and an anonymous ID that differs per installation. It cannot identify you.
• Never sent: names, email, song or file names, notes, setlist names, audio or recordings, location.
• Recipient: TelemetryDeck (a German company). Servers are in the Netherlands and Germany, and IP addresses are not stored. Nothing is used for ads or cross-app tracking.
• To turn it off: Settings › Help › “Send usage statistics” in the app. It stops right away.
• If you allow “Share with App Developers” in your Apple device settings, we also see Apple's usage and crash statistics in App Store Connect. That follows Apple's privacy policy.

3. Permissions

• Local network: connects your own devices (remote, performer view) on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot. Nothing goes through a server of ours.
• Camera: used only to read the pairing QR code. No photos are saved.
• Bluetooth: finds and connects MIDI pedals and keyboards. Older Android versions (11 and below) require location permission to scan for Bluetooth devices, but no location is collected.
• Notifications (Android): shown while playback continues in the background.

4. Purchases

Cuelight Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). We never receive payment details such as card numbers. The app only asks the store for your purchase status. Purchase records follow each store's privacy policy.

5. On-device speech

Words you type yourself, such as song titles, are read by your device's speech synthesis. Depending on your device settings, this may use a service from the company that provides it (Apple, Google or Microsoft).

6. This website

• No cookies, ads or analytics. Only your language choice is saved in your browser.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may briefly keep access logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations.

7. Beta sign-up and TestFlight

If you submit the beta sign-up form (Google Forms), we receive your email and your answers. What we collect, why and for how long is set out in the form's consent notice. Launch news is emailed only to people who opted in separately.

Beta builds are distributed through Apple's TestFlight. We receive the email used for your invitation and any feedback or crash reports you choose to send (including device model and OS version). Everything else follows Apple's TestFlight privacy terms.

8. Your rights and contact

You can ask to see, correct or delete your beta sign-up and TestFlight data. Send privacy questions and requests to the address below. Toragonite is responsible for personal data.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. Important changes are announced in the app or on the website first.
